AidEx is a well-thought out & organised event, I thought the panels were thought-provoking and insightful with key profilers attracting a quality audience to the event
The highlights for me were the opportunities to connect with suppliers and discuss mutually beneficial topics, attend workshops hosted by Fleet Forum, and explore the exhibitions from vehicle suppliers
Aidex 2024 was a confluence of donors, international and local partners, philanthropies and private partners engaging in constructive and innovative conversations to improving aid and development actions for humans, and the planet
A conference like AidEx is a good conference, especially for local civil society organisations providing very efficient contextualised support. I saw this conference as an opportunity for me to learn about the work and the approaches that are implemented in diverse contexts

AidEx was really informative and comprehensive. It has many innovative components that are helpful to the aid sector
It was very useful to meet with the Commercial sector and hear some of their innovative ideas
We are working on partnerships between the private sector and the humanitarian sector and how we can utilise that to improve the humanitarian assistance that we are providing. So AidEx really helped us meet a lot of suppliers, some that we were not aware of previously. We have also met with some humanitarian actors that we can definitely work with
My experience at AidEx was very interesting. I saw a lot of new things, like new partners and technologies, I can see a lot of effort going towards providing better technology and relief to those who need it. I see a lot of evolution around food and supply, the talks on artificial intelligence were really interesting and inspiring
We like to come here to meet all the many stakeholders in the humanitarian industry, let them know what we can do and that we’re here to support them in some of the hardest places to operate in the world
With increasing numbers of fatalities and injuries of aid workers around the world, it’s become increasingly important for the thought-leaders and practitioners from across the sector to come together and think about what the solutions are and how aid workers can do that in a safe and secure manner
AidEx provided an updated insight into how humanitarian assistance is carried out globally, its challenges and best practices that can help the general audience
Here at AidEx Geneva I found industry leaders, humanitarian actors from various parts of the humanitarian spectrum to discuss issues, to talk about ways forward, to talk about new innovations. There are so many opportunities here at AidEx Geneva to take a quantum leap forward in the way you think and the way you operate
A fantastic event to network, understand more about the UN and see what is really important globally. The talks were extremely interesting, a chance to ask questions and of course learn from others. It was great to meet so many people who are all trying to support the world to make it a better place for people who are fighting for survival daily
