You can register for AidEx by visiting the registration form, which is accessible on this website once it's live.
AidEx Geneva is free to attend. This includes access to all conference sessions, the networking drinks reception and the exhibition. Please note, all attendees need to organise and pay for their own travel and accommodation.
AidEx is the largest event of its kind and brings together over 3000 professionals from 80+ countries. Attendees come from UN Agencies, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, international and local NGOs, Government, Community Based Organisations, Private Sector Companies, Foundations and Donors, relevant media, associations among many others.
It is recommended that you pre-register your attendance to AidEx to avoid having to register at Palexpo. Pre-registered visitors will be able to pre-print or collect their entry badge on arrival for quick access to the event.
All pre-registered attendees will receive a confirmation email shortly after completing the registration form. If you do not receive your confirmation, please email info@aid-expo.com. Badges will not be posted, you will either be able to download these or they will be available for collection when you arrive.
If you can no longer attend AidEx Geneva, you are welcome to invite a colleague to attend on your behalf. They must however register separately with their details either in advance or once they arrive at the venue.
Regrettably, we cannot pay for delegate accommodation and travel. However, we offer free entry for all visitors.
AidEx Geneva is held in Hall 4 of Palexpo, in Geneva, a short walk away from Geneva Airport and just a few bus stops away from the city centre.

AidEx Geneva takes place at Palexpo, adjacent to Geneva International Airport, with connections across most of Europe and many destinations across Africa and Asia. The exhibition features 200+ suppliers of products and services as well as not-for-profit organisations showcasing their latest projects. Suppliers can only display their products if they have booked an exhibition stand. Suppliers are welcome to attend as a visitor and to network, however anyone canvassing or selling outside of exhibition stands will be asked to leave.
