The world's leading humanitarian aid and disaster relief event returns to Geneva on 22-23 October 2025.

AidEx, the world’s leading humanitarian aid and disaster relief event, is over for another year. Thank you to all our speakers, guests, sponsors, partners and exhibitors. Join us next year on 22-23 October 2025 at Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland. The conference showcases high-level conference sessions, workshops, discussion groups, case studies, and training programs designed to address the challenges in aid.

AidEx is co-located with Development2030, a global event uniting international development actors in pursuit of sustainable development goals. Together, both events bring aid, relief and international development professionals all under the same roof to explore the latest innovations, meet new suppliers, share experiences with peers, build meaningful relationships and collaborate in new projects.

There is significant participation from UN agencies, Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, local and international NGOs, donors, foundations, government, and the private sector.

Note: We are aware of recent attempts to ‘sell’ our attendee list. We have a strict policy to NEVER share our delegate details with any third party. It's a practical impossibility and any attempts should be considered a scam.

Development2030

With the sector evolving in unprecedented ways and less than ten years to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, the international development community requires substantial means to reach our ambitions within this timeframe. Only by working closely together through the sharing of ideas, forming partnerships and collaborating effectively can we achieve this.

We are excited to bring back Development2030 for its fourth year to run alongside AidEx. By registering for AidEx, you also gain access to this important conference.

Humanitarian Finance Summit
