We're adapting...

Our sector is facing unprecedented changes and challenges. With the deadline of the UN SDGs imminent and the recent dissolution of major global donors, our events are being adapted accordingly: our aim is to offer our community the right approaches that will help establish new frameworks and collaborative pathways for a sustainable future for aid and development.
One of the new features at AidEx is the 'Innovative Finance Pavilion', which tackles current obstacles, encouraging community engagement, the creation of sustainable solutions, and the mobilisation of the sector.

AidEx is the world’s largest annual event for aid and development, welcoming over 3000 delegates from local and international NGOs, UN agencies, government, donors, foundations, the private sector and more.

The world's leading humanitarian aid and disaster relief event returns to Geneva on 22-23 October 2025.

AidEx, the world’s leading humanitarian aid and disaster relief event returns to Palexpo in Geneva, Switzerland on 22-23 October 2025. The conference showcases high-level conference sessions, workshops, discussion groups, case studies and side events designed to address the challenges in aid.

AidEx is co-located with Development2030, a global event uniting international development actors in pursuit of sustainable development goals. Together, both events bring aid, relief and international development professionals all under the same roof to explore the latest innovations, meet new suppliers, share experiences with peers, build meaningful relationships and collaborate in new projects.

There is significant participation from UN agencies, Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, local and international NGOs, donors, foundations, government, and the private sector.

Note: We are aware of recent attempts to ‘sell’ our attendee list. We have a strict policy to NEVER share our delegate details with any third party. It's a practical impossibility and any attempts should be considered a scam.

Development2030

With the sector evolving in unprecedented ways and less than ten years to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, the international development community requires substantial means to reach our ambitions within this timeframe. Only by working closely together through the sharing of ideas, forming partnerships and collaborating effectively can we achieve this.

We are excited to bring back Development2030 for its fourth year to run alongside AidEx. By registering for AidEx, you also gain access to this important conference.
