Gaza Tents Convention
Nearly 2 million displaced people in Gaza urgently need shelter. LIFE is mobilizing to deliver 100,000 winterized family tents sourced from Turkey and Egypt. These multi-layered, fully fireproof and waterproof units (4m x 4m, all specifications approved by Israel) cost $500 each, inclusive of shipping to the Rafah or Khan Yunis border crossings.
Despite border closures and ongoing danger, LIFE has remained on the ground in Gaza—while more than 400 humanitarian organizations have withdrawn. In just the last two years, LIFE has already provided 10,000 tents, giving secure shelter to over 50,000 individuals.
