Zoe is a passionate and driven professional with experience in risk and crisis management, intelligence and analysis, international security and international human rights law. Zoe joined ILS from International SOS, where she oversaw the security risks across Europe, the Maghreb, West and Central Africa, advised NGOs, IOs, governments and private firms on risk mitigation and led the triage of serious incidents for her clients internationally. At ILS, Zoe has supported across all projects in the Risk Advisory team providing security and risk analysis including programmes in OPT, Ukraine, Afghanistan and Lebanon amongst other countries. Zoe has led large, multi-country Duty of Care (DoC) Benchmarking Review and assessments alongside operational support for country programmes internationally.
