Eng. Youssef Bin Smida is the Head of WASH Projects and Programs at Direct Aid Society, leading an annual portfolio of approximately €25+ million comprising around 900 projects across more than 24 countries in Africa and Yemen. With a master’s degree in Applied Geology and PMP® and PfMP® certifications, he combines technical expertise with strategic leadership and extensive field experience. His work focuses on expanding access to water and sanitation through efficient investment, quality infrastructure and sustainable service delivery in challenging environments.
