Tarah joined FCDO (formerly DFID) in 2010. She has over 25 years’ experience in humanitarian aid and development, having worked across a variety of sectors and themes including health, child protection, community development and natural resource management. She currently leads FCDO’s portfolio of R&D investments in humanitarian crises. Tarah has a Masters in Development Management and a Professional Diploma in logistics and administration of humanitarian aid and development from the Institut Bioforce (France).
