Talha Keskin

Talha Keskin started working in the humanitarian sector as a volunteer in 2012 and became a professional in 2015. Since then, he has worked in programmes, humanitarian diplomacy, and compliance. He is currently the International Relations Director of IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation, based in Istanbul, where he oversees the organisation’s international funding, partnership, and coordination efforts.
He studied Mechanical Engineering and International Relations in Turkey and completed a Master of Advanced Studies in Humanitarian Action at the Geneva Centre of Humanitarian Studies in Geneva, Switzerland.
Over the past 13 years, he has carried out numerous humanitarian missions in conflict and disaster zones around the world. He has extensive experience in project management, grants, partnerships, humanitarian coordination, and humanitarian policy. He also serves as a guest scholar at Istanbul University, where he teaches courses on Humanitarian Logistics and Conflict Management.
