With over two decades of experience in global humanitarian leadership, Reshma K Adatia brings a unique blend of operational, policy, and governance expertise to the stage. She is currently Director of Engagement at ICVA, where she leads NGO, UN, and Member State collaboration to advance principled, coordinated humanitarian action. Formerly with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), she coordinated international operations and has led humanitarian diplomacy in complex contexts such as Sudan, Yemen, Iraq, and Syria. Her work bridges the gap between frontline realities and global policy. A committed advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership, she champions locally led responses and humanitarian governance reform. Reshma brings deep expertise in operations and security management, access negotiations, and cross-cultural leadership, grounded in inclusive, values-driven approaches that prioritize accountability to affected populations.
