Raquel Weintraub is CEO of CADENA Internacional, a humanitarian organization focused on crisis and disaster response worldwide, and Network Development Advisor at the Sphere Standards Secretariat. She brings extensive experience in humanitarian action, coordination, and capacity strengthening, with on-the-ground deployments in more than 15 countries across four continents, including Ecuador, Peru, the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Kenya, the Philippines, and Poland (Ukraine refugee crisis). As a listed Sphere trainer, she has delivered numerous trainings and workshops across regions and sectors to promote quality and accountability in humanitarian response.
