Pauline Schibli

Senior Resilience & Climate Solutions Advisor, Prosper Global

Pauline is Senior Resilience & Climate Solutions Advisor at Prosper Global (formerly Mercy Corps), where she leads efforts to embed resilience and climate solutions across the organisation’s humanitarian, economic and food security security work. She plays a central role in shaping Prosper Global’s approach to resilience, helping teams translate evidence and expertise into practical strategies that strengthen communities’ ability to cope, adapt, and thrive in the face of shocks and stresses, particularly in fragile and conflict-affected settings.

With over 15 years of experience in humanitarian response and international development, Pauline brings extensive expertise in designing and delivering programmes in complex and challenging environments. Her previous leadership roles include Ebola Programs Director and Deputy Chief of Party for the Food Security Project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Having lived and worked across the DRC, the Sahel and the Middle East, she has worked closely with peer agencies, local organisations, governments, donors and UN agencies to shape effective responses to crises, mobilise resources and advance longer-term development solutions. Her work focuses on bridging humanitarian and development approaches, with climate resilience at the heart of efforts to support communities facing increasingly interconnected challenges.
