With more than 15 years of experience in humanitarian and development programming, he has worked across Syria, Türkiye, Gaza, Yemen, Sudan, Morocco, Jordan, Iraq, and Pakistan. Nihad has been closely engaged in the Syria response and recovery landscape, supporting partnerships and programmes that bridge humanitarian action, resilience, and early recovery. His expertise includes localisation, resource mobilisation, programme design, institutional donor engagement, and building strategic partnerships that enable sustainable impact in crisis-affected communities.
