Mila Leonova

Mila Leonova is the Director of the Alliance of Ukrainian CSOs, a national coalition uniting 26 leading civil society organizations and representing over 1,000 community-based responders. She serves as a member of the UN Emergency Relief Coordinator (ERC) Tom Fletcher Advisory Group of Local NGOs on the Humanitarian Reset and Chair of the Ukraine National Reference Group to the Grand Bargain. With over 20 years of executive experience across civil society, strategic communications, and public policy, Mila is a certified Peace Engineer. She is a leading advocate for humanitarian localization, locally led pooled funding mechanisms, due dilligens system and the Duty of Care framework for frontline responders.
