As Sustainability Manager at CTG, a Human Resources company that enables humanitarian and development programmes across 30 conflict-affected countries, Mia plays a crucial role in driving efforts to advance gender equality and women’s empowerment. She leads the implementation of CTG’s Shared Value strategy and is responsible for delivering multi-faceted programmes that are dedicated to improving women’s access to decent work opportunities in fragile contexts. Mia has conducted extensive research and authored three white papers on women’s empowerment in conflict settings, with one launched at the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). Her work has guided CTG’s wider advocacy efforts and contributed to the company’s unique positioning as a private sector leader in the advancement of the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) agenda.
