Kim Scrivens
Kim Scriven has led the H2H Network since 2021, bringing experience in humanitarian innovation, fund management, and social investment. He previously co-founded the Humanitarian Innovation Fund, where he managed more than 60 complex innovation projects, and later established a joint ICRC–IFRC funding mechanism to strengthen local response capacities in fragile contexts. Earlier roles at ALNAP and Oxfam focused on research, policy, and innovation policy in humanitarian action.
Since joining H2H, Kim has guided the network through a period of change, strengthening governance, broadening the membership, expanding partnerships, and advancing a vision for more effective enabling services in crisis response. He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford, where his studies focused on social innovation and systems change.
