With over a decade of dedicated leadership in risk, security and emergency management, I am currently the Senior Director for Security Operational Access & Risk at CARE. A champion for operational excellence across diverse and challenging environments, my mission is to enhance CARE's capacity to navigate risks, ensuring the safety of our global staff. My collaborative approach and strategic vision align with the organization's commitment to delivering aid effectively, even in the most volatile region.
In my current role, I lead the SOAR team, focusing on developing comprehensive risk management frameworks and access strategies that empower over 10,000 staff members worldwide. The skills honed from previous positions, including capacity building and development of training programs, are instrumental in my efforts to bolster the readiness of our teams in over 50 countries. Our success is a testament to the robust security and emergency management practices that I have been privileged to establish and lead.
