Iryna has over four years of experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and developing research in the humanitarian sector. During this time, she has carried out more than 15 sociological and analytical studies covering over 30,000 respondents in different regions of Ukraine. Iryna presents the results of the foundation's research at national and international platforms. In her management practice, she adheres to a democratic leadership style based on mutual respect, support, and awareness of each person's role in achieving a common goal. She has a degree in philology (English and Ukrainian languages).
