With a master’s degree in Civil Engineering, my professional focus is on managing infrastructure rehabilitation projects that restore and protect essential services. Since 2022, I have served as Manager of Projects at RK Group, overseeing projects across healthcare, education, water and sanitation, irrigation, and food production infrastructure. My responsibilities span planning, procurement, multidisciplinary team leadership, and risk management, working closely with humanitarian partners and local stakeholders to address complex delivery challenges.
Throughout these assignments, I have managed projects where unexpected emergencies required teams to adapt rapidly while protecting critical infrastructure and maintaining essential services. One such experience involved responding to a severe flood emergency during an ongoing infrastructure rehabilitation intervention, requiring adaptive planning, timely technical decisions, and close coordination between field teams and relevant stakeholders.
This experience has further shaped my approach to crisis management and recovery, with an emphasis on practical engineering solutions, local expertise, and effective collaboration to safeguard the infrastructure and essential services that communities depend on.
