Gwydion Williams is Deputy Director, AI for Health at PATH, where he leads a portfolio of initiatives applying generative and traditional AI approaches to improve global health, ranging from developing and evaluating AI-powered clinical decision support systems in LMICs to developing new evaluation methods for AI-enabled mental health products and strengthening the regulatory ecosystem. Gwydion previously led investments in AI for mental health at Wellcome, and has experience at the intersection of AI and health from past roles in industry and academia. He holds a PhD in Cognitive & Computational Neuroscience from University College London.
