Frederico Carpinteiro is the Founder and CEO of Amparo Prosthetics, a biomedical company developing smart technologies to improve the lives of lower-limb amputees. With over a decade of experience in bioengineering and product innovation, he previously led Adtechnologies Lda, specializing in prosthetic adaptation systems. He holds a Master’s in Bioengineering from the University of Porto and was recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in Science & Healthcare. Frederico also teaches as an Invited Assistant Professor at FEUP and is known for his entrepreneurial drive and commitment to advancing human mobility through technology.
