Eleonora Colpo

Eleonora Colpo is a nurse from Trento, Italy. After graduating in Nursing in 2014, she moved to the United Kingdom, where she began her professional career. She joined EMERGENCY NGO in 2019 for her first mission in Afghanistan and has since worked across a number of humanitarian contexts within the organisation. During her first four years in Afghanistan, she worked as nurse, field coordinator, and hospital coordinator. In 2024, she was part of the team that opened a new healthcare project in Donetsk, Ukraine. In 2025, she completed three missions in the Gaza Strip as a nurse. She is currently based in Afghanistan as field coordinator for a network of 30 primary healthcare clinics operating across 11 provinces.
