Sanda Kyaw Win
Dr. Sanda is the Director of Swe Tha Har Organization, a women-led NGO established in 2004.. She holds a Ph.D. in Agriculture and a Master’s degree in Applied Conflict Transformation.
Dr. Sanda also serves as the Chair of the Local Intermediary Actors Network, recognized as the first network of intermediary NGOs committed to advancing localization in Myanmar. She is a member of the NGO Platform Advisory Group within the Country-Based Pooled Fund working group, and she contributes as an advisory board member of the Myanmar Humanitarian Fund at the country level.
In addition, she is the focal point and lead of the National Reference Group in Myanmar for the Grand Bargain, where she advocates for improved humanitarian effectiveness and stronger local leadership in crisis settings.Sessions
