Dorothy Angmorki-Doe Dadebo

Dorothy is an experienced pharmacist with over six years’ of experience in the pharmaceutical supply chain, Procurement and quality assurance as well as humanitarian aid sectors. She specialises in addressing the unique challenges faced by marginalised communities, particularly concerning access to medicines and family planning commodities. As a Supply Chain Fellow, she has played a key role in mobilising demand for family planning services and commodities in these communities by working with the office of the first lady, Ministry of Health, supporting private health facilities and NGOs. She has facilitated and provided technical support for the UNFPA Ghana and its partners in developing a SMART Advocacy work plan on domestic resource mobilisation for family planning procurement Commodities in Ghana in connection to global initiatives like the FP2030 Compacts and investment cases. Dorothy pioneered the "Kayayei Women Outreach" project, targeting female head porters who have migrated from northern Ghana and Burkina Faso to provide health interventions and commodities to their communities.
