Danila (Dana) Gjini is an Impact Finance & Strategy Advisor focused on scaling proven climate-resilience solutions from pilot to sustained public service. At Resurgence, she leads financial sustainability strategy and partnerships for community-centred climate adaptation solutions, with early warning as the flagship. Previously, she spent over a decade at J.P. Morgan in New York and London in funding, capital management and climate strategy, where she led the firm’s Carbon Assessment Framework. She also brings experience in blended capital and cross-sector funding partnerships.
