Cecile Terraz
Cecile Terraz is a dynamic supply chain leader with over +20 years of experience spanning both private and humanitarian sectors, known for her commitment to building innovative, resilient, and purpose-driven supply chains. Beginning her career with Procter & Gamble, she managed supply network operations for global brands like Pantene and Gillette before transitioning to the nonprofit sector in 2015, relocating to Cambodia to drive impactful work with a Swiss NGO.
In 2019, Cécile became Global Director of Supply Chain & Procurement at Plan International, focusing on transforming humanitarian supply chains through innovative business models and technology. She earned her Executive MBA in Supply Chain & Leadership in 2020.
In April 2024, she joined IFRC as Global Director of Humanitarian Services & Supply Chain Management, driving a more predictive, prepared and connected supply chain, including the use of predictive intelligence to anticipate crises and needs, across the world’s largest humanitarian network.
