Caroline Verney
Caroline Verney is Vice President for Global Partnerships at the Near East Foundation (NEF) and Executive Director of NEF Belgium. She has more than 18 years of experience in international development and humanitarian action, combining extensive field experience with senior roles in programme development, partnerships and resource mobilisation.
Throughout her career, Caroline has worked across fragile and conflict-affected contexts, with a strong focus on building partnerships that enable locally led, sustainable solutions. At NEF, she leads global partnership and resource mobilisation efforts, working with institutional donors, foundations, private sector actors and other partners to advance inclusive economic development, resilience and community-led approaches across the humanitarian-development-peace nexus.
