Andriy Klepikov
Andriy Klepikov is the Executive Director of the Alliance for Public Health (APH), one of the largest HIV and TB focused NGOs in Ukraine and in the Eastern Europe. Being its founding director, he is currently managing the organization with over 100 staff, implementing a complex and comprehensive HIV prevention, treatment and care program as well as other programs aimed at fighting TB, HCV and more recently, since Russian full-scale invasion in 2022 – humanitarian and crisis response.
Since February 2022 over 2 million people benefited from APH support. He has been leading APH transforming health in crisis - with mobile health care, AI and digital solutions, humanitarian and health support to internally displaced people and war refugees. Under his leadership APH was ranked #7 by Forbes (and #4 among humanitarian organizations) among top 100 charities in Ukraine.
He is President-Elect of the International AIDS Society (IAS), its Governing Council and Executive Board member, member of the Global Fund Audit and Finance Committee representing Developing Country NGO constituency, Frontline AIDS Partnership Council member and Chair of the Oversight Advisory Committee of TB Europe Coalition (TBEC).
