Anastasiia Pliushchova
Anastasiia Pliushchova is the Operations Coordinator of the Emergency Fund at Dobra Fabryka Ukraina, where she coordinates operational processes, partner engagement and the delivery of tailored Duty of Care support to strengthen the resilience of Ukrainian humanitarian organisations.
She brings extensive experience in managing complex humanitarian projects, team leadership, strategic planning and cross-sector coordination. Her work has focused on human rights protection, gender-based violence prevention and response, support for war-affected populations, and strengthening community capacities.
With a background in communications and media, particularly in addressing complex social issues, Anastasiia combines strong organisational and communication skills with a practical approach to humanitarian response. Her work focuses on translating diverse needs into structured, coordinated and locally grounded support mechanisms.
