Jean-Cedric Meeus
Jean-Cédric (Jess) Meeus oversees UNICEF’s global transport and Logistics in UNICEF Supply Division. With over 30 years of experience in humanitarian and development work, Jess has led and developed numerous supply chain initiatives aimed at improving the delivery of humanitarian aid. A dynamic and results-oriented leader, he consistently seeks innovative, practical solutions by leveraging networks across the humanitarian and private sectors. Throughout his career, Jess has engaged extensively with humanitarian actors, governments, multilateral and bilateral organizations, private sector corporations, foundations, and industry leaders. Jess has performed critical supply chain functions at UNICEF in various locations. Before joining UNICEF, Jess spent nine years as a Supply and Programme Technical Specialist with MSF and most recently, he served as Senior Supply Chain Advisor to the UN Special Envoy for Gaza and as the Africa CDC MPOX Incident Senior Manager.
