"Per WHO guidance" can still buy the wrong Ebola PPE. WHO, CDC, ECDC and MSF differ on respirators, coveralls and chlorine spraying during doffing, most WHO recommendations rest on very low certainty evidence, and no harmonised standard covers PPE against biological agents.
