Who decides how humanitarian fleets move - and who lives with the consequences? This session looks at localisation through an operational lens: not funding or programme design, but the day-to-day decisions behind vehicles, drivers, routes and mobility, now and in future. Through short video testimony, local organisations and young people from the communities where humanitarian fleets operate speak directly and unfiltered on what genuine local control over fleet operations would mean, and what safer, cleaner mobility should look like ahead. Fleet Forum panellists react live, link both topics together, and end the session with clear actions they will take.
