This high-level panel brings together ministers of social affairs, labor, and emergency and disaster management to examine the evolving humanitarian landscape in Syria. As the country transitions from acute conflict to recovery, the discussion will focus on addressing the complex humanitarian, social, and economic challenges facing communities in post-liberation areas.

Panelists will explore how national institutions and international partners can collaborate to strengthen social protection systems, promote livelihoods, and ensure sustainable recovery pathways that uphold dignity and resilience. The session will also highlight lessons learned from ongoing emergency and relief efforts, while identifying innovative approaches to bridge humanitarian response with long-term development strategies.
